Montreal April 29th 2016 – An important leader in performance management for almost 12 years, Proaction International forecasts its growth for the next five years will exceed 25%.

Since 2004, Proaction International has helped organizations improve the management and productivity of their human resources. Over 400 performance management projects have been completed across Canada, the United States, Algeria, Morocco, and several European countries including France, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, and Poland. Proaction International has also completed analyses in more than 800 businesses, organizations, and health and social service centers with over 900,000 hours of consultation to its credit. Proaction International has delivered over half a billion dollars in reoccurring savings for its clients.

Over the past three years, Proaction International`s revenue from consulting services in Europe has risen to approximately 15 Million EUR with explosive 100% growth in 2015 raising the percentage of total revenue derived from Europe from 30% last year to 50% in 2015. “We are very proud of what we have accomplished thus far. For 2016, Proaction International forecasts a 400% expansion for its division in the United States. Following projects in New Orleans, Washington, D.C, and Fremont (California), with other projects currently underway in Marshfield (Wisconsin) and Savannah (Georgia). In the upcoming weeks, Proaction International plans to start projects in Seattle, Jefferson City, and Salt Lake City. There are also ongoing negotiations with about twenty American multinational corporations.

Proaction International continues to be very active in Canada. For the last 36 months, Proaction teams conducted more than 80 large-scale projects at home. It is in the United States that growth will be strongest and to ensure its development, Proaction USA  moves into its new headquarters in the financial district of Miami, Florida.
